Change in payment registration at the end of the year 2025

Dear Student,

Hereby I would like to inform you that the order and the processing time of the payments will change in the second half of December at the University of Pécs.

Please, take into consideration the information below when arranging your payments:

• You can pay in currency at the cash-desk of Rákóczi Street until 17^th December 2025 (Wednesday).

• The cash-desks will be open until 17^th December 2025 (Wednesday); this will be the last day for Forint (HUF) currency payments in 2025.

• The cash-desks will re-open from 5^thJanuary 2026 (Monday) according to the regular opening hours.

• From 17^th of December 2025 (Wednesday) registering bank transfers into the Neptun system will take longer time. 

• In case of fulfilling the transcribed items in Neptun, please choose credit card payment method (Simple Pay). 

I would like to inform you that from the 6^th of January 2026, the registration of the payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.
