If a student cannot collect the residence permit, s/he can authorize someone to do it on his/her behalf.
Please fill the Authorization Form, sign it and get it signed with the Authorized person and 2 witnesses.
It is important that the Authorized person should bring the printed original authorization form and his/her ID.
Please make sure to bring the paper document with original signatures on it.
